ECS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available.

Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from ECS or co-op partner, expressed or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. Decisions of ECS Staff are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this event. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. ECS at its sole discretion shall reserve the right to disqualify any Participant from the event if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the event by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or abuses, threats or harassment of any other Participants, ECS employees and affiliates.

Any participants who does not agree with the terms and conditions listed herein should not enter this contest. By participating, you conclusively agree to be bound by these contest rules, terms, and conditions. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

All taxes ,insurances, transfers , out-of-pocket expenses and other expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the prize and cash winners. (ex. If the winner wins US$1000 , he'll only get US$ 800 due to 20% Taiwan Tax)
